By browsing, signing up, or shopping at chickytings.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Easy.

"We," "us," and "our" mean Chicky Tings. "You" means you — the person visiting or buying from us.

1. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this Site. By using it, you confirm you are. You also agree not to use our products for anything illegal or unauthorized, and not to violate any laws (including copyright laws) in your jurisdiction.

You may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of the Terms results in immediate termination of your access.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Because our shirts are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, in rare cases an item may become unavailable after you've ordered. If that happens, we'll refund you in full.

Colors of products may appear slightly different in person than on your screen due to monitor settings and print variation. We do our best to represent every product accurately.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (but not limited to) orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. Accuracy of Information

We're not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.
